Accommodation

The cottage has been in our family since the 1900s and was the home of my mother as she grew up. We have taken great care to refurbish the cottage to the very highest standards to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The house retains the character of the traditional crofthouse but has been tastefully refurbished to provide all the needs of the modern lifestyle.

The property features:

• 1 ground floor double bedroom;
• 2 first floor twin bedrooms;
• ground floor bathroom with bath and electric shower;
• a fully-fitted modern kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer etc;
• a comfortable lounge to relax in after a busy day exploring which features television with Freeview digital box, DVD and VHS players, stereo with CD player, various DVDs and videos, a selection of books and games, fireplace with open fire, electric fire;
• electric storage and dimplex wall heaters, telephone payphone, tumble drier, iron;
• travel cot and baby chair are available by prior arrangement;
• front garden, play area to rear and side of property, picnic table, outdoor washing line.

All bed linen and towels are provided and guests are offered a complimentary welcome pack on their arrival at the cottage. Please note that electricity is paid for using a coin operated meter.
